Returns Policy
7-DAY RETURNS
Items purchased from 1Stopbazaar.com are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 7 days of delivery.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns or exchanges free of cost. This means you won’t be charged extra to return or exchange the product(s).
THE PROCESS
Step 1:
Maintain good condition. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags attached. Make sure you put the item(s) back in the original package along with the invoice in the same way it was delivered.
Step 2:
Access our returns section – Link & follow necessary steps.
Step 3:
Our team schedules a pick-up that should take up to 3-5 days. In case of a size exchange, our team ships the new size(s) in parallel. For a return that results in refund the product would have to reach our facility for quality inspection.
SECOND EXCHANGES COME AT A COST
Second exchanges for the same order will not be free. We give you 2 options:
1. You can ship the product on your behalf or have it physically dropped off at our offline store i.e. City Center Mall, 1st Floor, Unit no-B109, New Town, Rajarhat, Action Are IID/5, Kolkata-700157.
2. We have it picked up for a Flat fee of Rs. 150. Our team will send you a link to make the payment. The pickup will only be scheduled after payment has been completed.
EXCHANGING FOR SOMETHING ELSE?
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you. But exchanges are a tedious process and may or may not be approved depending on the situation at that given time.
ORDER MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION
If any order is shipped from our end, modification or size changes / cancellation is not possible. Once shipped the order can only be returned/exchanged.
